Every project is different. Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of your commission, as well as current availability. You'll receive an estimated completion date alongside your quotation before any work begins.

Absolutely. You're welcome to supply your own miniatures, or The Painted Standard can source genuine Games Workshop kits on your behalf where required. Any additional sourcing costs will be included within your quotation.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your commission slot. The remaining balance is due once your project has been completed and approved, before it is carefully packaged and dispatched.

Small changes can usually be accommodated before painting begins. Once work has started, additional changes may affect the cost or completion time. If you're unsure, just get in touch and we'll always do our best to help.
